Butt fusion welding

In butt fusion, the ends of two HDPE pipes are heated and pressed together to form one continuous joint. We weld pipes of all diameters on site with professional welding equipment.

Our HDPE pipe welding ensures leak-free, pressure-tested joints for new installations and repairs of underground infrastructure.

Together with diagnostics

Diagnosis and repair come from one company: we find the damaged section with a CCTV camera and GPS, and then restore the pipeline.

  • CCTV pipe diagnostics

    Full internal video inspection of pipelines from D‑100 mm to D‑1000 mm. Cracks, blockages, root intrusions and deformations are found and recorded.

  • GPS pipeline locating

    Our camera carries a 512 Hz GPS transmitter. We map the pipeline route, find buried manholes and pinpoint damage up to 5 m underground.
